If our guests have caused damage in their apartment, we do not hesitate to pay for it and repair it. Atrium Apartments GmbH is liable for all damage caused by our guests. Appropriate insurance is of course available.

The target group of Atrium Apartments are fitters, craftsmen and business travelers who are looking for comfortable and fully equipped accommodation for a limited period of time. Our target group does not include youth groups and party guests who could possibly disturb the household.

You will not incur any costs as a result of the cooperation between you and Atrium Apartments. As a landlord, you are not responsible for vacancies; Atrium Apartments bears this risk. This means that your rent is credited to your account on time every month, without you having to worry about anything. Atrium Apartments GmbH is also fully liable for damage caused by our customers.

Atrium Apartments GmbH is interested in apartments in the Rhine-Neckar area (especially in and near the cities of Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, Speyer, Worms, Frankenthal, Heidelberg and Bad Dürkheim), which have an attractive location for fitters, craftsmen and business travelers. We are looking for accommodation in close proximity to large employers such as BASF.
Apartments for fitters ideally have at least two rooms and should be spacious.
