• Shared responsibility for the smooth running of daily operational business
• Assuming responsibility for the assigned properties/residential units
• Customer and user contact management as well as on-site contact person
• Ensuring the order and impeccable overall condition of the properties to be managed

• We are looking for a self-employed caretaker with relevant experience in the general maintenance of our apartments and a proper demeanor towards our customers.
• Minor painting work, knowledge of water and wastewater, technical knowledge of network and TV
• An eye for quality and standards that we have set and which must be reviewed regularly.
• A driver’s license is mandatory for our company cars.
• Foreign languages are an advantage, but not essential.

• The position is available full-time or part-time and is permanent.
• Hourly wage by arrangement.
• The area of operation is Mannheim and the Ludwigshafen area and surrounding areas.
