Branch manager (m/f/d) Heidelberg/Rhein-Neckar full-time

We offer our customers tailor-made living space solutions in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. We always try to offer ideal accommodation options for our customers. During their stay, we want to offer our guests a "home" with the right feel-good environment. Whether short-term or long-term rentals. With us, the focus is on people - whether customer, employee or business partner.


This is what awaits you with us:
• You are looking for new rental properties in the Mannheim, Heidelberg and Weinheim area, and you negotiate the rental contract until it is ready to be signed.
• You are responsible for identifying and assessing risks (eg fire protection) and planning and implementing the appropriate measures.
• You take on the planning, management, implementation and acceptance of trade-spanning conversions and renovations.
• You will ensure that all cleaning and repair work is carried out to a high standard in our properties during ongoing operations.
• You are the contact person for our guests, customers, landlords and other business partners and solve any problems hands-on and in an uncomplicated manner.
• You lead, plan and control your small team of internal and external employees.

What do you bring with you:
• A successful professional qualification in the construction industry or ancillary trades, ideally in the plumbing or electrical environment.
• You have professional experience in the field of residential and commercial real estate.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting is always in the foreground for you.
• You are characterized by a convincing appearance as well as solution-oriented and above-average commitment.
• You are a team player, but you also work independently.
• You have very good organizational skills to keep the balls in the air with the constantly growing number of existing properties.
• Strong communication skills and some management experience are advantageous, but we are also happy to give ambitious applicants a chance.
• You show a high level of commitment, have a professional and well-groomed appearance and are confident in dealing with employees and customers.
• You have very good knowledge of German and English. Ideally, you can speak Polish or another Eastern European foreign language.
• You are in possession of a category B driver's license
